PDF · text layer required
One page per free run · 12 MB max · OCR not live
03 · Compare/proof
Always proofread. Source peek is not an accuracy guarantee. Complex cross-page merges are not guaranteed. Image/scan OCR is not live.
Detection finds candidate rows and columns. Extraction fills the grid. Verification means you still compare cells to the source page before you keep the file.
Watch for split numbers, empty header cells, and columns that drifted because of uneven spacing. Edit the grid before export.
Keep the PDF page preview nearby. If a cell disagrees with the source, trust the source and fix the cell.
Rotated scans, nested tables, and multi-page stitches often fail. Complex cross-page merges are not guaranteed in this MVP.
Built for tables you still need to verify.

Use the source peek, then download SheetJS XLSX. We are not a full PDF-to-Excel suite.
GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Everything to know before you extract.
Many “PDF to Excel” tools flatten whole pages. A table extractor focuses on the grid you care about and the review step.
No — it helps humans check. You still own the spreadsheet QA.
